I am done with my second revision of WANTED. It's time to start writing original words again. Today I was struck to write the beginning of Brothers Immortal. Firt step? Find a better title, which I now have: LIKE WINE TO VINEGAR. It feels like it's becoming a YA novel. We'll see. Anyway, I wrote the first 700 words today. It's a start.

So, that new story I mentioned the other day? I've decided to name it THE TRIAD SOCIETY. Reliarach has three armies per duchy compared to Andaria's two and thus three counts to lead them. So I was watching the British mini-series "The Scarlet Pimpernel" and saw an image that I see every few years and every time I do, it just fills me with ideas. I hate "x is the new y" statements. This is unfortunate because it's used all the time in writing. Currently, it's "x is the new vampire." "X is the new vampire" has been around for awhile, so truly, "vampire is the new vampire" is perhaps the most appropriate.
